Morning. Hope you are all having a good weekend. Starting calorie counting today, I have 5 stone to lose so will be here for quite a while. Im thinking of setting a daily target of 1600 cals seems to be about right for my weight 16st 8lb and age 60 (but only just) . Any advice would be most welcome. Have a good day. Cath x

I've started this type of challenge several times, and I haven't always been able to make it to the end. How were you able to maintain a rhythm for so long? I've tried a bunch of apps, even paid ones, but they're still not that good. Some can't count sugar, and some don't have all the foods.
