Hi my name is cathy I have 5st to lose. So pleased to have found this forum it looks brilliant. Im going to be calorie counting, think that's going to be the best way for me. No more excuses that I don't have the time to sort myself out as I have just had my 60th birthday and as a little present to me I have dropped from full time to 3 days a week, so am more at home now than I am at work which hopefully will be just the push I need to drop this weight. Hope to get to know you all over the coming months. Have a good day. cathy x

Hi Cathy, welcome. There are some friendly people on here. I am doing Slimmng world but others are calorie counting so lots of support around x
