Anyone else suffering with this?
I am really struggling to find a calorie deficit that equals a loss and equally i am struggling to find one that equals a gain.
Found some really interesting articles that have said PCOS equals metabolic disease and with the added insulin resistance a definate marker for a very low metaboism. however, i am alsostruggling with the amount of calories the research says to limit by, even though through personal experience i kind of know it to be true!

I can so relate to you. Wish I had an answer though xx think i found an answer but wow it's hard work lol i am having to limit carbs to 30-35% of daily intake or less than 50g's a day whichever i hit first!! and my calorie intake is so so low!! but, i am hoping that HIIT is going to help, i just started doing it two weeks ago and wow i am hurting all over, but, apparantly it helps reverse insulin sensitivity so i am fingures crossed that it will work and one day i will be ble to look at a piece of cake again without 4lbs flying onto my hips!!
