So I am starting a level 10 fitness challenge this week (wednesday)
looks like it is run by herbalife so I am really hoping it's going to be worth it and it wont just be a sell sell sell event!
Anyway it runs for 4 weeks, 3 sessions a week, they ask you to go to at least 2 a week to see them benefits, so i am aiming for 2 but hoping i have the umph to make ll 3 a week!
they took my stats last thursday, they were
weight 10st 5lbs (clothed and saturated after walking there and getting caught in a heavy rain shower, knew i shouldn't have worn jeans!!)
bmi - 25.3
body fat % 33.2
bust 38 inches
waist 32 inches
hips 38 inches.
they review midway through and then a final weigh in/measure. They state they work more on measurements and bfp rather than weight, but we shall see. like i said i am really hoping it isn't a sell campaign and that I will see some benefit from this! i can't do anything like the protein, shake or bar route due to insulin resistance and PCOS.

I've only just seen this now! Well done on your fantastic results!! What did the sessions involve? Whatever they were they clearly worked!! basically a workout 3 times a week, each one different which is why i think i have kept commited to it! lots of high intensity interval type stuff, lots of core work LOTS of squats, there is a squat challenge we do that seriously is a killer, makes my heart sink when i hear the music start up!! It is run by herbalife (something I don't do) bit of sales pitch to get through with it, but I know my body and I know what I will and wont do food wise lol!! in the first session you do a fit test which involves a bleep test, I can't run for toffee! but managed to increase that over the 4 weeks too from hitting level 4.9 to getting level 5.4! overall very proud of myself!
