Extra lean mince, beef, turkey or pork well equally as well.
Season the mince, encase a babybel In a burger shaped patty then oven bake, grill or dry fry until cooked through.
Delicious!

i love babybel burgers !! they seem a bit to naughty to be free , i add spring onion n a bit of chopped garlic and fresh chilli ! absolutely delish the kids love em too so we can enjoy as a family meal

I do these too or use a laughing cow blue cheese in the middle! they melt sooo well!! Yum

Yep never had any issues, made some last week to put on BBQ and they stayed together on the grill fine! I just use the usual mince, seasoning, herbs, diced onion sometimes peppers etc, then put a beaten egg in to bind it all together and shape into a pattie around the cheese. They never seem to fall apart?
