I lost a stone in a week doing Billy's VLCD plan; it was pretty easy. Fast results and the products are pretty good. Had steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower sometimes) with the meals. No real urge to cheat on it, the shakes are quite filling and the cottage pie and chilli are actually very tasty. Dunno if I could hack it for much longer, I like my food too much, but as that plan is low calorie (not low carb) it's pretty good as a base to wean back on to regular meals too.

Hi there,I do this diet on and off. I love how versatile it is. When I'm hardcore low carbing I just stick to shakes.I think billys are the nicest shakes around. Been meaning to get back on the wagon.it's just so hard with holidays and sunshine. I'm planning on starting on Monday. One whole week of shakes... Wish me luck

I'm doing Slim and Save rather than Billy's diet but have bought some of their porridge which is really lovely. So a definite thumbs up to the porridge
