I reached goal last year, but have allowed my carb craving to take over in recent months, so now I had 2 stone to lose again to get back to goal weight!
keep me away from those cakes and tortillas/dips please!!

I've regained all or most the the approximately 4 stone I lost in 2008. I'm determined to get it off. Let's hope our resolve lasts.

Hi, I used to get awful carb cravings. Have you tried the Harcombe diet? Just like a low carb week where avoid mushrooms and potatoes as well. The premise is that there is a gut bacteria called Candida that overrides your good bacteria and sends signals telling you to crave sugary, yeasty foods. The first week is designed to reduce the Candida. I must admit it helped me last time I did it. Am trying hypnosis at the moment working through several cd's. Guess there's something out there that will just click with each of us Good luck in finding your thing and well done both of you on your initial weight loss.
