Omg another 1/2 on and I've been well under cals and totally upped the exercise. Gutted. Oh well. Only 2 more weigh ins so hope next week is better xxx

I've always exercised but now added Shaun t t25 in along with clubbercise, pound and instructor training so id say yep it's a lot lol but last week was totm and its this week that I struggle to lose ( week after totm is renowned for its curse on me ) not gonna do anything different as my measurements are reducing and clothes fit fab. I just want this new weight goal for me. Xxx

2lb weight loss for me this week Know where I went wrong. Would be that big Dominos order I got yesterday. On the plus side the exercise is improving. Slowly increasing the amount each few days. So am 26 st 4 lbs. Which sucks as was 25 st 10 lbs on Friday.

I have also realised I've done my July challenge. Could I have an extra 1.5lbs to make 12 for this month? That was my personal 6 week challenge and I'm only weighing in 2/3 times in August!! Thanks

Well put on 8lbs while on hols but lost 6 so back to plus 2lbs. I am back on it now and quite pleased that I managed to limit the damage
