Early weigh in this week and I am delighted to report a 3.5 pound loss. That takes me to my target for the challenge and also in to the 12s eek!! Just in time to go on holiday....

-1 lb loss for me. Had one takeaway on Friday bounced my weight up around 9lbs read on website over next couple of days should drop back to where was but meh! Guess that's total weight loss of 3lbs for challenge. Not quite the 3 stone thought would crash down, lol. Still can walk a lot better and have more energy so its a start Good luck everyone else.
