Weigh in tomorrow. I know I am going to start with a gain. Since I cracked my rib I am sometimes in so much pain that I have kept eating. Now I am really bloated and uncomfortable.
Don`t know how much it is going to be because I have not weighed myself but have decided not to adjust target for July, what will be will be.
Will try very hard next week to relose some of it.

I got mine to work by dragging over the image I wanted and rt click copy image url then posting it as a picture using the bit on the reply header. Not sure if that's what we're meant to do but it works.

Well now, July challenge wow what a terrible start. I got weighed last week and it was 15st.12.1/2lb. After a really bad 7 days of eating all the wrong things including visits to the chippy, lots of water retention - you should see the size of my feet and ankles - including a packet of cheese yesterday after posting my food - I am now 16st.7lbs. a gain of 8.1/2 lbs. I know I have been in tremendous pain with this rib but no excuses. I cannot start the challenge with such a big gain on the spreadsheet. . I will still post my losses though - which there will be from next week.

You've had so much to contend with this week with your injury so less activity and the heat so it's not surprising you've had a bit of a gain. Also hard cheeses are quite salty so that will likely mean you're retaining more fluid cos of it. The main thing is you're still here and still fighting to lose it again and I'm sure you will.
