Evenings in general are my downfall if I decide to have a sandwich. I usually then want several sandwiches. At the moment I am not buying bread.

For me it's driving home from work after a 12 hr shift without a dinner break and so hungry that I swing past the Chinese rather than coming home and cooking.
I'm trying trying hard to avoid this!
