These taste really yummy and keep you full
4eggs 1/2 tub quark Garlic powder Courgette Onion Mushroom Ham Salt and pepper Tsp dijon mustard Cherry tomatoes
Whisk the eggs and quark together until smooth and add the seasonings and mustard. Cook the veggies in fry light to release the moisture. Once cooked add to the egg mixture with the ham. Spoon into muffin cases or muffin tin. Put cherry tomatoes halved on top and bake at 200 for 25 mins. If you fill half way they rise up.
