Hi I want to make Hunters Chicken for dinner tomorrow for myself and sons but am stuck on the BBQ sauce. I would rather buy a ready made sauce as I don't have a lot of spices/extras here and by the time I buy them all it would work out costly.
Can anyone recommend a low syn one please? I obviously would only have a tiny amount of sauce on mine.
I did find this one, can anyone tell me the syn value on it please?

I love hunters chicken, the best ready made i found was Budweiser BBQ sauce is 1/2 syn a teaspoon, although once you put a few on the chicken it would add up a bit. I usually make the bbq sauce from the pulled pork recipe and then pour this on as its delicious. Just use passata, diet coke, Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar and sweetener. Thicken it up over heat then pour on the chicken. Just as yummy and syn free!

Yeah anything premade like sauces are awful for Syns, thats why so much of SW relies on making everything from scratch. Even prepacked pasta, and rice are packed full of them due to the oils etc used. Definitely opens your eyes to the crap that must go into them!
