Hi all...i am rubbish at exercising! I keep looking at all your threads and it seems so many of you go to the gym on a regular basis! I don't go to the gym...i am rubbish at running, i don't walk a lot except from on holiday and gym / exercise classes are a financial no go! BUT... I do have a mini trampoline and i have dug it out of the depths of our lean-to about 3 months ago, managed to clean it up about 2 months ago and today i finally dragged it into the livingroom and did my very first rebounding beginners 20 minute workout...it was harder than i thought as my fitness level is VERY low and my bits and bobs wobble all over the place; i found out that wearing a high quality sports bra doesn't stop anything else from bouncing up and down, oops!
Do any of you rebound? How do you find it? What are your favourite workouts? Do you think it works?
Would be lovely to hear from you!!

Rebounding sounds like fun. You are right, 10 pushups is better than no pushups. I do them against the wall in sets of 12 (when I remember). I have a couple of 5 minute workouts that I do, as I can fit them in to my day. I have an abs workout with NO situps and a little weights workout. I put my phone timer on for 1 minute and do 1/5 of the work out, then another minute with another exercise and so on and so forth. Sometimes I do 3 minutes and 2 minutes over an afternoon. It's taken a while to get them into my day as I keep forgetting, I'm a cyclist really but should do more core work. Keep on keeping on, you are going in the right direction. Fitness will come.

Wow, I used to do a rebounding class at a gym about 20 years ago, and loved it -a really good fun & deceptively difficult way of keeping fit. And yes, everything wobbled. I used to get the giggles doing it as I recall.
All exercise is better than no exercise - well done on the push ups. 10 is 10 more than you were doing, which is great!

Loosing weight and body fats is not so difficult. I read about body guide that helps a lot to reduce fats from the body. It is a cost efficient way to remove fats and keep your body fit. The body guide program (http://www.cellublue.com/fr/wonder_body_guide.php) is very effective to maintain a fit body.
