I took some to work this morning for breakfast. I lost the spares to my colleagues 
Ingredients
6 Eggs
6 SW sausages
10 Smoked bacon medallions
Method
Put the bacon medallions in the oven @ 180oC / 350f / gas 4 for about 10 minuets untill slightly crispy. Then leave to cool.
Boil the eggs for 10 mins ( Until hard in the middle )
Take the bacon and cut into chunks then blits in the blender until looks like bread crumbs.
Take the shell off the eggs and dry with Kitchen roll.
Wrap the sausage around the egg then roll in the bacon bits.
Bake in the over for 15 - 20 mins.
Nice hot or cold.
