Found these ones using fromage frais
Slimming world coleslaw - Syn free White cabbage - shredded Onions - thinly sliced Carrots - grated Mixed herbs Salt and pepper Fat free fromage frais Add all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and season to taste. Delicious and Syn free!!
Slimming world pots salad - Baby pots chopped and boiled, chopped spring onions, chopped chives, seasoning, 2 tbsp fat free fromage frais, 1 tbsp light mayo, 2 hard boiled eggs .........1.5 syns for the lot (mayo)

Just bought some today, I have a few tablespoons on my fruit. I also add a little of my suger free " skinny syrup' and make a syn free sweet treat. I haven't used it for cooking with

Add a few tsps of sweetener and it's lovely on fruit.
Also, mix it through cooked pasta and use to top a pasta bake. Whack it under a grill and it goes lovely and cheesy and crispy.
