Hi,
Please would somebody mind looking up the syn value of the Tesco simply heat pulled pork.
It used to be free but I have a sneaky suspicion it won't be any more.

The one that they advertised with syns instead of free was Tesco Pork Shoulder in BBQ sauce. It is 12 syns for 500g pack. Sorry if that is not the one, but cannot find Simply heat pulled pork

Is it a 170g pack? If so it's 5.5 syns.
