Thought this would be a good idea for people to put their finds of low cal foods people might want to use as snacks on fast days. My favourites are
Nakd Banana Bread MullerLight Yogurts Sugar Free Jelly Blueberries Jacobs Mixed Grain Crispbread.

Aw them teddybear crisps cant remember the name of them they are lovely only 76 calories a packet!
