As you know Shan I do 3 days, Normally Monday, Wednesday's and Fridays. ;-)

It's a good idea to weigh after the second Fast of the week, as that way you're more likely weighing your body weight rather than just the food you'd have eaten on a normal day. If that makes sense? I personally do my Fast days on a Thursday and a Sunday, with weigh in on the Monday morning

I fast on whichever days I have the most meetings on! I use diversion tactics to make up for any lack of will power!

Planned fast days are Friday and Monday. I chose Friday to prevent me starting the weekend too early and Monday as a way to get back on track after the weekend!
