I like your site design - am doing low carb but also restricting calories for now, so probably too many of those for me at the moment, but I shall have a go at the flax bread. I do versions of MIMs but in a small flat rectangular dish so it comes out like a thickish slice of bread, and would like to avoid the eggy bottom!
Would Xylitol work instead of Splenda do you think? If not I may have to pinch a packet or two of Splenda next time I go to Wetherspoons!
