Hi. Good luck! I also calorie count and I do a lot of exercise. Its hard going but I am seeing results. I have 5 weeks until a good friend gets married and I am hoping to be a size 16 by then. Billy.

I hope this thread can take off. I gave just discovered this forum. My restart weight for 2016 is 15 stone 10 pounds. Hello there. I think the reason this did not take off is because there is another one for the same thing. Not just for calorie counters but all diets. If you click on Forum at the top of the page then go to Challenges etc and click on that you will find it there. Alternate way is to click on my name, which will take you into my profile. If you click on my Recent Threads it will show it to you. Hope this help Carol.

Thanks Nanny Doreen - I remember your name from the other forum. Just noticed your current weight and height are the same as mine!
