The recipe is:
50g bulgur wheat (soaked in 100ml boiling water for 20 minutes) Any fresh fruit you like, chopped (I'm using apple, satsuma and banana) Freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice Zest of the lemon/orange Yoghurt (optional)
1. Pour 100ml boiling water over the bulgur wheat and cover with clingfilm for 20 minutes 2. Chop up the fruit 3. Once cooked, fluff up the bulgur wheat with a fork and stir in freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice and the zest of the orange/lemon 4. Add the chopped fruit, stir, and top with a dollop of yoghurt (I'm having a Coconut greek style muller, yum!)
