Hi, I'm currently breastfeeding my 6 month old and we are doing Baby-led Weaning...I don't really feel like she has cut any milk feeds or is really getting much solid food, how many healthy extra's do you think I should have?

I'm the same position, having one extra although the other week when she treated me like I was a cow (sorry if tmi) I upped my cheese when I was feeling washed out x

I recommend using a B choice for oats if you're breastfeeding.

I recommend using a B choice for oats if you're breastfeeding. I agree with this. Has def helped me not only in the breastfeeding but keeping full. One of the main reasons I have lost my weight x
