I did . The week before I was heavier than it says on my profile but am now back to start weight so lost about 4 lbs. Think it was a bit of fluid retention. Hopefully I can actually lose some weight this week. x

Hi everyone, pretty good day today B = 2 slices of toast, little butter and cherry jam L = salami sandwich & 1 tomato D = 2 slices homemade bread, little butter and 1 tin tomato soup Snacks = 3 Nectarines, 1 fruit yogurt and 2 dark chocolate digestives Done my morning exercise and well under calories. Happy with that xx

Hi everyone, food today: B = 2 slices toast with pate and French cheese L = Tzaziki, cheese, tomato, onion, pepper, cucumber & lettuce. Oh and 2 slices of homemade bread D = Rice, balti curry with quorn & a bit of yogurt Snack = 3 Nectarines Done morning walking exercise and we took our dog for a half an hour walk this evening. Quite a good day. How is everyone? xx

So todays food: B = 2 slices homemade bread + butter L = Cheese and onion sandwich, 2 Tomatoes D = Pasta with homemade Bolognese sauce, cheddar & parmesan Snacks = 2 Nectarines, fruit yogurt, small cinnamon and rhubarb muffin, white chocolate chip cookie + 1/2 a mug cake Too much cake xx

My Saturdays are so busy that I tend to have a larger brekkie and not eat till teatime. Enjoy the weekend!

Well another good day. B = 2 slices of toast, butter, 1.5 rashers bacon, 3 slices Black Pudding, 1 free range egg L = 4 small slices salami D = 2 white rolls, butter, pulled beef in BBQ bourbon sauce & mixed salad, a little olive oil Snacks = rum & raisin ice cream, crisps, 1 Becks Blue alcohol free Exercise = walk to the shops + dog walking (about 75 minutes) Stayed under calories xx

Morning all Hubby is doing a 15mil walk today. I will probably do about 7miles. Already done 3 miles and a bit as I walked him to the starting point. Think we deserve a bit of cake today xx
