I broke out of the 9's last week and am at 8st13! I know I'll be up this week so will be teetering back into the 9's (hopefully by not too much!). Have my target set at 8st11.5 but I'm seriously considering moving to 8st7 :/

I will be joining you all, this morning I weighed in at 8.13. At only 4ft 11 i need to be in the low 8 st mark. Have set my self a mini goal of 8st 7lbs. My first day back on plan in ages and it has gone really well. I think I need to plan tomorrows food, as most weekends I just pig out!
