This seems to be a popular one on Instagram, so I thought I'd share it here too! Similar to the mug cake, but more of a brownie texture. And not as rubbery as there's no egg involved - hoorah!
In a mug / microwaveable bowl, mix together 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 60ml milk (I like unsweetened almond milk) and then microwave for 30-60secs depending on the texture you like. Keep an eye on it - less time will mean it is more gooey, longer will make it more cake-like.
