I've gone into my 'nostalgic' mode. I'm re reading all my Miss Read books... Village School, Thrush Green etc. They are set in the 1950's/60's and I went to a village school in the 1950's. I've never read these, but might give them a go.

I read crime books, currently Blood on Snow by JO Nesbo, prefer his Harry Hole series but have read them all so this will have to do til one of my other favourite authors has a new book out

Yes the family commissioned a writer to complete a plot he had started I think - don't think it will be much longer till it is out x That's interesting, I was beside myself when I finished the trilogy, the books were fantastic

I think he is meant to have started writing this one and be a quarter of the way through and planned two more but who knows what the truth is, there is a lot of rumours about family trying to make money etc x

Shame...

I read Love Virtually and the sequel Every Seventh Wave by Daniel Glattauer both in under 24 hours which is unheard of for me. They were funny and really well done in the format of emails being sent. Would recommend them. Before that I was on the Outlander series up to no 4 so far but now reading Billy Connolly Biography by Pamela Stephenson.
