I am 11.12 and after battling for a couple of months to get in to the 11s I am determined to get in to the 10s!

Hi, I'm 11 3 and hopping to be in the tens by the end of June. That will be me at a healthy BMI. And just 2 more pound after that to have lost 50 pounds in 6 months.

Thanks dietninja. I have been lucky that I have managed to be in exactly the right frame of mind and that my husband has also been losing weight using mfp. It makes it so much easier. We have both lost similar amounts.
Well I have managed after 8 weeks to slip just into the 10's. This last stone has definitely been the hardest. One more to go to goal now.

I was 11st 10lb when I started 2 weeks ago and am now 11st 4.25lb. Except the app can't cope with quarter pounds so I had to say I was 11st 4.3lb, lol.
