Okay, so I realise that 10lb is just an average and that a “dress size” varies for everyone. But I thought I’d share with you all something which is keeping me incredibly motivated.

I have printed out copies of the dress colour-in, and for every 1lb I lose, I colour in 1 section of the dress until it is complete – and then I start on another! I’m a great fan of visuals, and it’s amazing to see how quickly 10lb can add up!! I’ve now lost a total of 17.2lb in just six weeks (see below)!

If you save a copy of the blank images attached, you should then be able to print them full page and use them to track your own weight losses.
