Hi danders, will be starting vintage points from tomorrow. I have all the old books so ready to go. Much prefer to propoints. How are you getting on so far? Deb

Hi Deb. I prefer vintage to propoints too. I am doing okay but fell off the wagon for a few days, which I now know was due to an unexpected TOM. So I'm back on it today and am not going to weigh-in again until next Tuesday as I fear it will set me back otherwise!
How are you getting on?

Hi danders, yes TOM is always a testing time. You need strong willpower around that time. So far so good today. Have 25 points so what I do is divide by a third, 8 points to be used by midday, 8 between 12-4, 8 between 4-8 and 1 for milk. This worked for me before. Good for you for staying off the scales till Tuesday, I'm afraid im a daily weigher. Have a good day, Deb

I love the way you divide your points. I usually have 19 points and like to have 10 for evening meal and after-dinner snack. I'm not sure why but I get a bit panicky if I don't have my 10 left for the night!!!
How has today gone getting back on it?

First day done, not too bad 1 point over. I don't know how you manage on 19 points danders. I suppose that's the joy of having less to lose. Hopefully I'll get there some day.

You've done well today. One over is not bad at all.
Some days I don't manage on 19 points tbh, but as long as I'm not binging in an out of control way (like I was the last few days) I'm happy.
