Picked up new exercises for the whole body, found interesting on YouTube, but I wonder how best to organize it. How long is your workout? On average 40 minutes, but sometimes an hour. I do one abs workout, one arm workout and one leg workout. I want to add cardio to lose weight. How do you schedule your workouts?
