Only 1.4lb down this week (But 3.2lb total if you count the 1.8lb gained from our treat after last weeks mini targets hit hehe.) So in under 8 weeks I have now lost 32lb and 73cm NannyD. Target 4lbs. Last week was a 'snow day' for our group and although I went today I didn't weigh in...that's my week 4 so not too much pressure yet!!

Well after 8 mammoth days off plan and 6 perfect EE days I limited my gain to 3.5. Feeling so far out of target now. Onwards and downwards xxx
