Wow!!! That's amazing nannyD I'll post my final gain tomoz ( think it's going to be of epic proportions as I've really struggled with January blues, getting back on track and not been putting anywhere near enough effort into my fitness regime ) I don't regret a single thing 😂 xxx

Small 0.8lb gain for me, finally through all the bad food though. Have my VLCD meals organised and ready to start Monday!

I am on day four of my VLCD and hope to get a loss to post Saturday. Stupidly timed the start with totm so not expecting a massive loss thanks to bloat ...doh!
