I maintained today - not happy - thought I'd had a good week (apart from WI day treats - a bad habit I need to quit!) Going to try to do as many SP days as I can this week. For non slimming Worlders - SP is a wee bit stricter than Slimming World's main plan. Good luck to everyone! x

I went to my WI yesterday and had lost 1.5lbs so still 0.5lbs to achieve this week if possible, still am 0.5lbs over my target weight but really pleased :-)

I weighed and just about stayed in target range!! Happy about that.

Thanks Linda. Still a bit up and down breathing wise, see the consultant again on Tuesday, steroids continue until after Christmas which is why I was pleased to weigh in. Good news is that we've found somewhere else to rent. Brand new flat...we have to get out of this damp house that's making me so poorly.
