Strawberry mousse 1.1/2 syns the lot
1 Sugar free jelly - strawberry flavour 220g cottage cheese - whiz to mix in the lumps.
Make jelly with 1/2 pint boiling water. Leave to cook but not set.
When cool - mix jelly and cottage cheese together. Pout into containers and put in fridge to set.
You won`t be able to taste the cottage cheese.
Try other flavours. Lemon and lime lovely.
