Upndown - target - to stay within SW's target range - in target - TUESDAY
Curveappeal - Target 15lbs 2.25lbs Lost, 12.75lbs to go) FRIDAY
Twinkle Toes - Target 6lbs - lost 1.5lbs - left to lose 4.5lbs (FRIDAY)
Darkchocolate - Target....in range 6/1, 13/1. (Friday)
Carrie - target 4.5lbs - lost 3lbs, gained 1/2lb - still to lose 2lbs ( Saturday )
Susie58 - Target 12lbs - lost 6lbs - still to lose 6lbs (Friday)
Chardonnay - Target - To stay with my SW Target Range - Thursday
Cat - Target 10lbs (9.4lb lost - 0.6lb to lose) SATURDAY

Yay great stuff Carrie.
At the end if this week girls I am going to set up two challenges.
One for February and one for March.
I am going to NZ on 11th Feb and not back until 12th March.
If I don`t do them both at the same time I may forget.
Don`t know whether I will get on here while away but I am sure you will all continue to encourage everybody.

Ah Doreen - that's v kind of you - I'm sure you'll have a great time out there - I think these challenges do help us to focus on the diet (altho not always every week in my case - but that's not your fault !
