Well have decided to start back with a whole new diary, clean slate.
So just a small bit about me. I am 35 and living in Ireland but originally from Cheshire uk . Hoping to actually be back there in the not too distant future. I suffer with depression and panic attacks so am on a few different tablets which don't help with trying to lose the weight.
I have been over weight all my adult life and probably most of my teen years really.
As far as diets go I have done everyone going I think. So just going to stick to plain and simple calorie counting and exercise. Been back at it about 2 weeks and have lost 11lb which I am more than happy with. Going to keep a record of my losses on here and probably a daily food diary.

I understand how difficult things can be with depression, panic attacks and anxiety as I've suffered myself, it is not easy at all and it can take it's toll, especially when trying to lose weight. I think we've all been there and have tried everything, I know that I am currently chopping and changing all the time so I understand that problem also. I am doing the same as you and sticking with the calorie counting - as well as daily exercise. That is brilliant that you've lost 11lbs so far, what an accomplishment, be proud of that and use it as an incentive. I've been sticking at the same weight for a couple of weeks now so I'm going to change things up a little. I am going to sub to your diary here so I can follow you and add my support. We are on a very similar diet here and I have a diary also which posts the same thing. Keep going and keep coming back on here as it really is great support, there are lovely, supportive and understanding people on here so get stuck in Love Lisa xx
