Lost 1/2. Not doing any good at all. It was better than another gain but not helping that aeroplane seat. 2 weeks still left in Aug so I could lose more perhaps if I tried harder. Not beating myself up though.

Just caught up with this thread - not sure how I missed it - bit late for me to join now as I'm off on 2 weeks hols on Sunday. I'm just about still in target - so eating on hols will be a challenge in itself! I'm bound to have a gain so will be desperate to join the Sept challenge. Good luck everyone! xx

I was well pleased at WI yesterday, as I lost the previous weeks 1.5lb gain, despite my birthday and days out!

Good going ladies. I am away so keep going.
I will weigh in Saffron Walden on Friday.
Looking after grandchildren till Thursday evening then the dog Fri/Sat. Probably home Sunday then kids to my house Monday. I guess I could even be taking them with me Sunday. Busy busy and very tiring.

I did well for beginning of last week although I showed a 4lb gain on the Monday as we ate too much at weekend. Only managed to get 2.8lb of that off so was 1.2lb up from last official weigh in. Pah!
