hello need help, iv have been doing total solution plus. I'm on day 7 been doing really well no cheats, until today...... 6 chipolata sausages and a packet of baked crisp !!!! why i don't know Have i completely ruined it, will i have to go back through the 3 days to get in to ketosis ? help tia

First of all.. Stay calm. Pretend it never happened. Think about why it happened. Learn from it so ya don't do it again... It's OK. Take each day at a time. Don't let one slip ruin your plans... Drink loads of water and do something to take your mind off it!!!

Thanks im so disappointed in my self i have fought urges at work (i work in a fast food/coffee shop and ice cream kiosk)all week then get home and ruin it. I hope i haven't got out the mind set now. I want to stick to it for ten weeks lose 2 stone and then maintain.
How do you stick ?

I want to stick to it for ten weeks lose 2 stone and then maintain. How do you stick ? By setting mini goals.. By being stubborn.. By not beating myself up for being human :-) Don't worry.. You got through 7 days.. You'll get through 7 more... Baby steps... Guilt and disappointment help no one x
