So I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable, but what 'color' or 'number' of ketones should I be hoping for to know I'm in ketosis? i have the Ketostix ones? hope everyones doing good!!!!

The bottle the sticks are in has the colours on it and it's the second block the stick should match - pink. If the stick matches the first block which is a neutral colour then you're not in ketosis. If the stick matches the darker colours you're still in ketosis but means you may not have drank enough water. Watch out though as if you've had a lot of water the stick won't show pink. It's not completely accurate so don't panic if it shows very light pink - if you've stuck to plan - no carbs then you'll be in ketosis.
