I picked this up on SW facebook. New to me.
50g couscous. Enough boiled water to cover Vanilla extract - I used just about a lidful. You can use vanilla essence if that is what you have. Sweetener to taste. Yogurt Fruit
As usual put the water on the couscous and let it soak in. You can put the sweetener and essence/extract at the same time or after. I did it after because I forgot.
Add the yogurt and fruit. I added Cherry muller and mostly frozen blackberries. Stir all in and leave for about 1/2 hr. or so. It then makes quite a lot.
I enjoyed it and the frozen berries made it nice and cold.

Ohhh yes, I used to make this on green days for my breakfast to save using my HE B on oats. I really liked it, must get some plain cous cous again, thanks for reminding me!
