It was a 1.5lbs loss for me this week, which takes me back to where I was at the beginning of the month!

Only 0.4lb off this week. We had been naughty and had a huge bowl of ice cream right before weigh-in though so no surprise (when will I learn!) Won't be hitting this target either.
