Hi everyone,
This is my 2nd time round facing VLCD. I previously done the Cambridge Plan and found it to be a great diet. However it is very pricey and I simply couldn't afford the payments each week. When I found exante I was very keen to give it a go.
Currently on day three and pushing forward, acctaully looking forward to the horrible taste in my mouth and welcoming my good friend KETOSIS.
Once again I have messed up my skinny for summer plan, and have my holiday in 5 weeks. Desperate times call for drastic measures ha. So here's hoping I can get over a stone off in this time!!!
I decided to join a forum to keep me motivated and learn some handy tips. The only negative part of this diet is the fact I'm not going to weekly meetings. I personally seem to stick better to diets when I know a stranger will be weighing me and taking measurements. Not sure if anyone else feels this way?

Hello and welcome! I'd have replied before had I seen your post. I've done Exante and Cambridge and of the two I prefer Exante. However I can't stick to VLCDs for very long. I get hungry! I'm basically a vegetarian low-carber.
