I got a delivery today of s&s packs but couldn't handle the bars and scoffed most of them I kid you not and there were 20!!! I reckon I had about 15. Possibly even 16. I know it sounds impossible. And to compensate I've embarked upon a 12 miles walk to my parents house. On the positive side they are nearly gone now so that can't happen again and I wouldn't buy them again. I'm at my parents tomorrow so will try and just have low carb foods. Have bootcamp again tomorrow. And my body is feeling a little incy bit fitter, trimmer, and generally more acceptable.
Weds and Thursday I can stick to packs. Friday will have a vegetable based meal in restaurant. Saturday might drink so won't be in ketosis. Sunday family meal unsure where but will again aim for low carb. That's the plan anyway!

Argh. So things didn't go as I said they would. I managed not to eat anything else yesterday. This morning I had eggs with vegetable. My back has been hurting all day I think i wore the wrong shoes when I went on the long walks I did. So I couldn't go to my bootcamp class and have stayed at my parents and I always end up eating so much here argh!
I was hungry when I came in and had pitta bread, hummus and 3 ryvita and cheese. Then lots of veg and 2 veggie burgers and 1/3rd of a jacket potato
All that was kind of ok.
Then apple and a banana
Still ok ish
Then 2 biscuits.
Then a mug full of Alpen with milk.
Ahh. I know this isn't a route to weight loss. And I am now staying over and working from home tomorrow but will try really hard not to eat tomorrow and take a long walk after work as I am sure my back will be better.
When I get back to my place I can start using packs again.

Awww lara, this is why I could never order the bars. I'd only order 3 at most so if I ate them all thats all I would have that day . Its hard

hey Banana, not just me with the bars then. I havent been using packs at all. very unhappy with my body :-( ongoing problem with the extremes!!

Gosh, looking back at this thread and my previous one on minimins... makes me realise its the same round and around in circles... I am big all over again......!!! Have to make a long term change. 10 days worth of S&S packs is what I will use for a kick start.... but exercise and healthy eating and not obsessing about food and weight is the only long term answer... I have not ran since February... 8 months... so bad.. 8.5 actually... i am gonna try to today, hope that being bad at it isnt going to be too upsetting..
