Hello one and all,
My name is Jay and I'm here to loose the fat, get fit and healthy.
I have a months worth of Exante shakes and bars and I'm going to hit it hard starting from this Monday. I'm no stranger to forum life but defo a stranger to this particular diet. I have been up and down the weight spectrum for years and have decided to bite the bullet and get rid of the weight.
Total solution is my starting point. My understanding is I have 3 shakes or bars each day for 21 days, I then have an additional 200 calories of normal food but no carbs in addition to the 3 exante products per day but only to a total of 200 calories additional.
I then go back to only exante products for 21 days..?
If if anyone can advise or put me right please do, if I'm correct then fab.
Current weight 14/8 and I'm 5ft 7 ins. So BMI is high.. In addition I have been told I have a fatty liver and high cholestrol so I'm looking to reduce fat intake and loose weight at the same time.
Looking forward to any pro's out there who can advise on how to make this work.
Many thanks
Jay

Hi Jay I have now lost 5 stone on Exante. It is a very good diet but tough. The first few weeks are hard but once you get used to it its not too bad. I have a diary on here if you want to say hi. It's in the member diaries section called Lilacs diary on Exante.
