NV's per 100g are
cals .......93
protein...1.5
carbs......9.6
fat.........5.4
fibre......1.1

Thanks ladies....now, which one to choose? The lowest one lol Nanny D. Did you add potatoes as a free food? Its just that it works out 5 syns just by doing the 20 cals = 1 syn method but that doesn't take into account the free food obviously. Just wondering.

To be honest didn`t know what sag aloo is. Also I didn`t notice you had said potato dish at the top of your post. Not very observant of me. I should have known DM was right. Yes 2.1/2 syns per 100g.
