I have a drawer in my freezer almost full of Quorn. I'm not vegetarian or anything, Quorn just fits in with my dieting plan. The frozen mince @ Energy 441kJ,105kcal, Fat 2.0g Chicken Pieces @ Energy 373kJ, 89kcal, Fat 1.4g Quorn Fillets @ Energy 359kJ, 86kcal, Fat 1.5g
It might not be everybodys cup of tea but as a low cal/low fat food you can have a decent portion.
The Pieman recomends, don't buy it at full price, the bags at around 300g are often on offer at a pound in the supermarkets, fill your boots and your freezer.

I am veggie and ate it once - it did terrible things to my insides and spent most of the afternoon in the garden
