I'm starting today, and for health reasons I'm doing working solution(ish) - adding a meal to take me to between 1000-1200 calories a day. The meal will be under 400 cals but I'm also adding a dash of alpro soya light in my tea and some extra veg with my pack.
Is anyone else adding a meal regularly? How are your losses etc?
I have a diary over in the diary section, but starting today I'm having:
Apple and custard pack Pasta carbonara pack with added courgette double chocolate bar Fillet steak and prawns cooked in fry light (going fancy for the first couple of days!) Soya milk light Coke zero Medications
cals: 1123
Start weight 15st 9lbs Start BMI: 40.1

In theory I am just doing the TS (3 packs a day) but have been cheating (this is day 4 for me, 2nd time on Exante).
I cut out eating'crap' food a week ago but have been having the odd omelette or some chicken where I felt I needed it. I already feel slimmer and the scales this morning were already indicating a few pounds off. That's what I love about Exante, the quick initial weight loss is quite a motivator for me.
I'm going to have to start behaving though as with my cheating (including having Pepsi Max instead of Coke Zero) I'm not yet in Ketosis and have been feeling quite hungry.

Eggs and chicken don't sound like cheating to me! Just sounds like you've been closer to total solution plus. Eggs and chicken won't keep you from getting into ketosis, either - might be the pepsi max although I've had it on ketogenic diets before without a prob. Sounds like you're doing well!
I have had my carbonara, mixed with some courgette 'spaghetti' (just spiralized courgette) - it was quite salty so adding the courgette helped with that. It might also be nice as a sauce over broccoli. I'm having shepherd's pie tomorrow, interested to see what that's like.
