For anyone trying to get from 12stone "something" to 11stone "something" - I used to really enjoy tracking my progress in these threads on Minimins! Feel free to create other threads for other weight zones  I'm currently 12st 4.4lb, so not too far from the 11's now! Then I can start working my way through the 11's and into the 10's, woop!!  Anyone with me? |

Hi I started Slimming World at 12st 8lb 2 weeks a go, currently at 12st 2.5 lbs. hoping to get in to the 11 stone bit within the next 2 weeks!

I'm still working my way from the 12's into the 11's. Hoping I'll be there soon too. Why not set up another thread like this for 11's to 10's and I'm sure others will come and join in too |

Was 12st 2.4 last weigh in on Saturday, think will still be just in 12s this Saturday

Lost 1.4lb this morning, which takes me from 12st 4.4lb down to 12st 3lb. Slowly but surely approaching the 11's |

Thought I'd post here as I need all the motivation and inspiration I can get. Am in the early stages of my weight loss mission (been trying to 'be good' for the past couple of weeks). Start weight 12st 8lb but not much movement on the scales so far due to TOTM and 2 meals/drinks out. Got another couple of events too over the next week or so. CAN'T WAIT to be out of the 12st+ category. I've been overweight for so long I actually can't imagine me getting slimmer at the moment  I know it will be such a boost for me when the scales register below 12st and my size 18 trousers start to feel looser. |

Can I join in please. I'm 12.13! So close to 13s and don't want to go there! I'm on week 2 of SW but done plan before. Didn't lose in first week due to my birthday and meals out but I had a STS. I weigh again Tuesday morn and hoping for a loss. X

Oops!! I'm popping back to the 12's for now, but I shall only be here for one week. Without a doubt!!
Felt I deserved a bit of a break, so I took this weekend "off". Had a break from calorie counting / Fasting and just let my hair down. Saw +3lb on the scales this morning, which takes me back from 11st 13.4lb to 12st 2.4lb, but I am totally fine with that. It was expected and, as I say, it will be gone again before long!! x
