Hi everyone
The title is pretty self-explanatory, but what are your resolutions?
I will start:
1. To lose weight and get to goal or close enough by my 25th birthday in June; 2. Start exercising and make it a habit - particularly start weight lifting; 3. Visit three, different countries; 4. Read more; 5. Make more friends; and 6. Save!

Not sure I personally will use the word resolution because I find the angel on my other shoulder always mutters in my ear 'resolutions are made to be broken'. However. I was inspired a couple of days ago by Lily's post in foodfighters.boards.net/thread/1115/approaches-losing-weight and all that she says rings true with me, so I have taken on board her mantra 'A year from now you will be glad you started today!' Lily's thread coincided with the fact that as far as dieting goes, I had already made up my mind to start on New Years Eve with SW and that only, with no diverging into other plans, and it all just seemed to click. So I'll weigh at home on the last day of each month and see where it takes me. All good so far. Best of luck with your own plans - they seem worthy and diverse ambitions

Great to have had the reference to this post by Lily! I've added my few words of advice to it and am determined that this year will definitely make a more determined and conscientious effort especially as my doctor is now helping me.

However, I am hoping to lose at least 10lbs before this Christmas so I can get back to where I was Dec 2013.
